The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa occupies an entire city block in downtown Riverside, California. This castle-like hotel dates back to the late 1800s, when it was a boarding house; several additions and updates have brought it to its current ornate state. Guests have included President Theodore Roosevelt and actress Sarah Bernhardt.

The St. Francis Chapel includes seven original Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows. The hotel and its galleries and themed wings reflect founder Frank Miller's interests in art and foreign cultures. The Mission Inn Museum Tours takes guests through the history of the property.

Kelly's Spa offers massage, nail services, and body treatments. Four restaurants are on site; room service is available 24 hours a day. Business services and meeting space are available; the property offers audiovisual equipment, complimentary wireless Internet access, and event catering. A concierge desk is on site. The landscaped grounds include an outdoor pool and a spa tub. Fitness equipment is available at the health club.
